I’m an independent PMO, project, and programme management consultant. I help organisations establish the structures, decisions, and working relationships that complex delivery depends on.
My background combines electrical engineering, management, and sustainability leadership. It has taken me from robotics and energy systems to multinational operations and SAP transformation.
That breadth shapes how I work: understand the technical reality, listen to the people delivering, and connect both with the business objective. I’m comfortable building the plan, examining the data, coordinating the workstreams, and preparing the decision.
Through Lumaras, I support multinational clients on consulting assignments. My recent engagements involved streamlining CCEP’s regional PMO and establishing PMOs across two assignments at Umicore. I introduced practical planning and tracking models, with data intake, dashboards, and reporting designed to improve agility and team velocity while keeping administrative friction low.
