Supply chain and procurement

Working from Belgium in a hybrid arrangement, I helped establish the procurement PMO and took direct responsibility for project delivery. Together with the wider team, the assignment covered Europe, North America, and Asia.

My contribution

• Built the PMO with the team, establishing data intake, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Worked as project manager on procurement and supply chain projects.
• Connected delivery information with the priorities and decisions that leadership needed to address.
• Kept governance practical, supporting business value while minimising administrative friction.

A foundation for delivery

The assignment combined establishing the PMO’s ways of working with hands-on project management. The focus was a useful structure for coordinating delivery, reporting progress, and supporting decisions.
