A practical approach
I start with the decisions the programme needs to make. From there, I define the minimum useful information, establish clear ownership, and build a reporting rhythm around it. The aim is useful control with less repeated data entry, duplicated tracking, and manual reconciliation.
Relevant experience
My recent work includes establishing PMOs at CCEP and across two distinct Umicore assignments: supply chain and procurement, followed by transport and trade compliance. That included how information entered the PMO, how dashboards were structured, how reporting worked, and how teams used those outputs to support delivery.
