PMO planning for complex SAP transformation.

The context

Enterprise transformation depends on coordination across business, technology and implementation teams. PMO planning helps connect milestones, dependencies and accountable decisions while keeping delivery ownership with the responsible teams.

My contribution

• Own the integrated workstream plan: milestones, dependencies and readiness across business, technology and implementation-partner teams.
• Run the gate and checkpoint process: readiness criteria, exceptions with owner and due date, and the decision pack for leadership.
• Chair the planning forum with the workstream leads; resource and capacity planning, risk and issue visibility, and concise leadership reporting.
• Work with programme stakeholders to translate discussions into clear actions and decisions.
• Support readiness reviews and change coordination alongside the responsible workstream leads.

How I work

I bring practical planning, data analysis and cross-functional coordination to the team. My focus is on making delivery information useful, keeping administration proportionate, and supporting timely decisions without displacing workstream ownership.
