A practical approach
I work with leads to clarify what must happen, who owns it, and which inputs are needed from others. Plans and reporting then become tools for identifying delivery gaps, resolving dependencies, and preparing decisions at the right time.
Relevant experience
My recent experience includes regional PMO support within CCEP’s global SAP transformation, covering the EWM deployment across France, Benelux, and the Nordics. At Umicore, I established PMOs across separate supply chain/procurement and transport/trade compliance assignments. I work at the interface between programme leadership and the teams responsible for delivery.
