The context
SAP Extended Warehouse Management transformation.
Coordinate the many interdependent activities behind warehouse transformation, from solution design and legacy interfaces to testing, data, infrastructure, training, and cutover. Leadership needed a clear view of priorities, resources, blockers, and readiness.
My contribution
- Streamlined the regional PMO to improve agility and team velocity while rolling out a new working model for planning and tracking, supported by practical data intake, dashboards, and reporting.
- Rolled out a workstream-owned planning and tracking model, giving teams clear ownership while the PMO integrated plans, challenged assumptions, and coordinated dependencies.
- Built a resource model covering 100+ programme resources to support integrated capacity planning and delivery coordination.
- Coordinated dependencies and translated delivery discussions into owned actions, milestones, and escalations.
- Maintained risk, issue, action, and decision controls, removing duplicate or obsolete items to keep reporting focused.
- Supported stage-gate readiness, deliverable sign-offs, and change requests, coordinating scope, cost, and resource inputs.
Delivery support
The work established a common structure for planning, resource visibility, and governance. It supported programme leadership in identifying delivery gaps and making milestone decisions, while retaining ownership with workstream leads and reducing unnecessary reporting friction.
