Connect the delivery of a broad public-sector strategy with the work of client organisations, engineering teams, consultants, and contractors. The role required alignment between technical requirements, regulatory obligations, priorities, and available capacity.

My contribution

• Oversaw delivery coordination across a $25 billion-plus strategic energy and water infrastructure portfolio.
• Developed project prioritisation and scoping approaches linking client objectives with engineering capacity and regulatory requirements.
• Established coordination mechanisms across more than 20 public and private engineering entities.
• Monitored portfolio value, risk, and progress to identify bottlenecks and enable targeted interventions.
• Built and managed a public-private partnership network focused on circular-economy initiatives.
